However, this will cause your IP address to be shortened by Google within member states of the European Union or in other states which are party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases is the full IP address transferred to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on the website activities and to provide further services to the website operator in connection with the use of the website and the internet. Legal basis

The storage of Google Analytics cookies is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO. The website operator has a legitimate interest in the analysis of user behaviour in order to optimise both his website and his advertising.

The collected data is anonymous for us as the operator of this website, we cannot draw any conclusions about the identity of the users. However, the data is stored and processed by Facebook, so that a connection to the respective user profile is possible and Facebook can use the data for its own advertising purposes, in accordance with the Facebook Data Usage Guidelines (https://www.facebook.com/about/privacy/). This allows Facebook to allow advertisements to be placed on pages within Facebook and outside of Facebook. This use of the data cannot be influenced by us as site operator.

The Facebook pixel is used in the interest of optimizing our online offers. This constitutes a legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO.

We would like to point out that we, as the provider of the pages, have no knowledge of the content of the transmitted data or its use by Twitter.

In particular, the "Twitter pixel" set on our pages allows us to track actions of users after they have seen or clicked on a Twitter advertisement. This procedure is used to evaluate the effectiveness of Twitter ads for statistical and market research purposes and can help to optimize future advertising measures.

The collected data is anonymous for us, so that we cannot draw any conclusions about the identity of the users. However, the data is stored and processed by Twitter, so that a connection to the respective user profile is possible and Twitter can use the data for its own advertising purposes, in accordance with the Twitter privacy policy. You can enable Twitter and its partners to serve ads on and off Twitter. A cookie may also be stored on your computer for these purposes. When you visit one of our sites equipped with a YouTube plugin, a connection to the YouTube servers is established. This tells the Youtube server which of our pages you have visited.

If you are logged in to your YouTube account, you allow YouTube to assign your surfing behavior directly to your personal profile. You can prevent this by logging out of your YouTube account.

YouTube is used in the interest of an attractive presentation of our online offers. This constitutes a legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO.

For more information on how user data is handled, please see the YouTube privacy policy at: https://www.google.de/intl/de/policies/privacy

This analysis starts automatically as soon as the website visitor enters the website. For analysis purposes, reCAPTCHA evaluates various information (e.g. IP address, time spent on the website by the website visitor or mouse movements made by the user). The data collected during the analysis is forwarded to Google.

The reCAPTCHA analyses run completely in the background. Website visitors are not informed that an analysis is taking place.

IV. Newsletter

Newsletter data

If you would like to receive the newsletter offered on the website, we need an e-mail address from you as well as information that allows us to verify that you are the owner of the e-mail address provided and that you agree to receive the newsletter. Further data is not collected. We use these data exclusively for sending the requested information and do not pass them on to third parties.

The data entered in the newsletter registration form will be processed exclusively on the basis of your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO). You can revoke your consent to the storage of your data, your e-mail address and its use for sending the newsletter at any time, for example by clicking on the "unsubscribe" link in the newsletter. The legality of the data processing operations already carried out shall not be affected by the revocation.

The data you provide us with for the purpose of subscribing to the newsletter will be stored by us until you unsubscribe from the newsletter and deleted after you cancel the newsletter. Data that has been stored by us for other purposes (e.g. e-mail addresses for the member area) remains unaffected by this.

Mailchimp

This website uses Mailchimp for sending newsletters. The supplier is Rocket Science Group LLC, 675 Ponce De Leon Ave NE Suite 5000, Atlanta, GA 30308, USA.

Mailchimp is a service that can be used to organize and analyze the sending of newsletters, among other things. The data you enter to subscribe to the newsletter will be stored on the US servers of Mailchimp.

Certification according to the EU-US Privacy Shield

Mailchimp has a certification according to the "EU-US-Privacy-Shield". The EU-US Privacy Shield is an agreement between the European Union and the USA to ensure that European data protection standards are respected in the USA. Every company certified according to the Privacy-Shield commits itself to comply with these data protection standards.

Data analysis through Mailchimp

For the purpose of analysis, e-mails sent with Mailchimp contain a so-called "web-beacon", which connects to the servers of Mailchimp in the USA when the e-mail is opened. In this way it can be determined whether a newsletter message has been opened and which links have been clicked on, if any. In addition, Mailchimp collects technical information (such as time of access, IP address, browser type and operating system). The information collected in this way cannot be assigned to the respective newsletter recipient and only serves the statistical analysis of newsletter campaigns. The results of these analyses can be used to better adapt future newsletters to the interests of the recipients. Mailchimp will pass on the collected data to third parties and will not contact you directly.

We send our newsletters exclusively with Mailchimp, so that it is not possible to receive our newsletter without Mailchimp. If you do not want to receive any analysis by Mailchimp, you have to unsubscribe from the newsletter. For this purpose, we provide a corresponding link in every newsletter message. You can also unsubscribe from the newsletter directly on the website.

Legal basis

The data processing is based on your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO). You can revoke this consent at any time. The legality of the data processing operations already carried out shall not be affected by the revocation.

Storage duration

The data you provide us with for the purpose of subscribing to the newsletter will be stored by us until you unsubscribe from the newsletter and will be deleted from our servers as well as from the servers of Mailchimp after you unsubscribe from the newsletter. Data that has been stored by us for other purposes (e.g. e-mail addresses for the member area) remains unaffected by this.

You can find more details in the privacy policy of Mailchimp at: https://mailchimp.com/legal/terms/

Conclusion of a contract for commissioned data processing (data processing agreement)

We have a so-called "Data-Processing-Agreement" with Mailchimp, in which we commit Mailchimp to protect the data of our customers and not to pass them on to third parties. This agreement can be viewed at the following link: https://mailchimp.com/legal/forms/data-processing-agreement/sample-agreement/

Scope and purpose of data collection

In the context of your application, we will record in particular your first and last name, contact information (mobile phone number and/or e-mail), address, curriculum vitae and relevant certificates/apprenticeship certificates as well as other information regarding qualifications or work experience.

By submitting this data, you also give your consent to the described use of your data (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO). You can revoke this consent for the future at any time. You have the right to request information about your data stored with us at any time.

If the application is successful, the data submitted by you will be stored in our data processing systems for the purpose of carrying out the employment relationship.

Retention period of the data

If we are unable to offer you a job, you reject a job offer or withdraw your application, we reserve the right to keep the data you have submitted with us for up to 6 months from the end of the application process (rejection or withdrawal of the application). The data is then deleted and the physical application documents destroyed. The storage serves in particular as evidence in the event of a legal dispute. If it is evident that the data will be required after the 6-month period has expired (e.g. due to an imminent or pending legal dispute), the data will only be deleted when they have become invalid. Other statutory storage obligations remain unaffected.
